Residential Metal Roofing
Most of our residential work is standing seam — concealed fasteners, clean vertical lines, and nothing penetrating the panel face to work loose in a freeze-thaw cycle. For homeowners who want the look of shingle or shake with the lifespan of steel, we install stone-coated steel as well.
A typical house takes two to four days: tear-off or over-deck prep on day one, panels and trim after that. We roll panels in the driveway to exact length — no end laps on 90% of the homes we do.
- 24 and 26-gauge steel, Kynar 500 or SMP finishes
- Synthetic underlayment standard; ice & water shield at valleys and eaves
- Ridge venting sized to your attic, not just "whatever was on the trailer"
Commercial & Agricultural
R-panel and PBR for shops, barns, arenas, churches and light commercial. Purlin-mount or over solid deck, insulated packages available. We've re-skinned buildings from the 1970s where the frame had another fifty years in it — a new roof and wainscot beats a teardown by about a factor of ten on price.
For standing water-prone low slopes we'll tell you honestly: below 1:12 pitch, metal isn't your answer, and we'll point you to a good membrane contractor instead of selling you a callback.
Repairs & Storm Damage
We repair metal roofs we didn't install — loose ridge caps, backed-out fasteners, rusted valleys, leaking pipe boots. Small repairs are usually a half-day and a flat rate.
After hail: metal roofs rarely fail from hail, but panels can dent and insurers handle cosmetic damage differently by policy. We'll inspect free, photograph everything, and give you a straight written assessment you can hand to your adjuster. We don't chase storms and we don't door-knock — half our repair calls start with "a guy in a truck from Texas said..."
Gutters & Snow Guards
Seamless 6" gutters in colors matched to your panel trim, and snow guards over doorways and walkways — a metal roof sheds snow all at once, and it's better when that doesn't happen onto your grill.
